1.Scope:

Following business terms, conditions of payment, delivery and shipment are valid for all deliveries, performances and services from Lenscontor. There aren’t deviating or additional conditions. The conditions are regarded as accept by order one of the goods from Lenscontor.com. A deviate agreement must be written. The delivery carry out inside EUROPE.

2.Prices:

All declared prices are in EURO (€).

3.Ordering:
|
To order our contact lens, you must declare the kind of contact lens and the almost important parameters, as diameter, power, radius of backcurve, the colour and the number of lenses directly in the shop window or via e-mail. A second possibility is, to gives us the contact lens specification or prescription from your eye specialist. We don’t take over responsibility for an incorrect specification.

4.Shipment:
|
The delivery carry out by “ Deutsche Post AG ”. All products are insured. Part consignments are allowed. The delivery time is 7 days. We are imposing a lump sum for postage, packaging and insurance for the shipment of the goods from 6,95 EURO’ s.

5.Payment:
|
The payment of the goods and the delivery lump sum carry out in advance. Our bank account you can find at our shop homepage. After receipt your payment, the goods are delivered within 7 working days.

6.Properties rights:
|
Until the goods paid in full, the products remain the property of the Lenscontor enterprise.

7.Returns:
|
The quality our products is always guaranteed. If a product is defective, you can return the unopened boxes (blister) or vials with contact lenses for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept the return of contact lenses, as medical products, which have been opened.

8.Jurisdiction, place of performance, effectiveness:
|
The German law is applied. The area of jurisdiction place is Jena / Germany. The place off performance for all claims and legal disputes resulting from the contractual relationship is Camburg/ Germany.

9.Data protection:

The costumer takes note that Lenscontor customer data only used to the contractual relationship. This data serves order handling exclusively. Customer data don’t passed on third party.

10.Health advice:
|
The buyer confirms with the order, that he is already a permanent contact lens wearer and is been instructed on handling and care of soft contact lens through a contact lens or eye specialist. A yearly visit to your contact lens specialist for a check up is urgent recommended. Lenscontor.com is not liable for any damage which caused from our products.
